Achill Islands newest, purpose built Gallery has opened in Saula on Achill Island.

The Gallery is centrally located 3 miles from Achill Sound overlooking Saula Bay and is signposted from the townland of Cashel from which The Saula Gallery is only 600 meters.

The Saula Gallery has been recently completed and the exterior of the building has been finished in the local stone to create a most outstanding feature of the building itself.

Inside the gallery is finished in minimalist style with all light coming from overhead windows to provide uninterupted wall space and a clear view of the paintings.

Currently showing the works of Lorcan O'Byrne, Breffeney Harris , Nuala Maher, Ruth Cleary and Anne Lowen. The Gallery is open all Summer and by appointment.
